Our sign up process is fast, easy and free. Click on sign up on the home page to get started. Your very own Far N Aero US shipping address will be sent to you after this process.

Yes, you do. Please visit the sign up area on the website to do so, its free of cost.

Flight comes in two (2) times or three (3) times per week depending on the volume. Once shipment is cleared through customs (invoice attached), it will be available for delivery.

An invoice is needed for Customs clearance. If you don’t attach an invoice, your package will be detained until the invoice is uploaded. Customs can add any value deem fit to your item and you will be required to pay Customs charges once that value exceeds the required amount.

Save your invoice as a PDF file to your computer. Log into your Far N Aero account and click upload invoice. Select the file from your computer and click “Update Package”.

Our rate sheet is located on the home screen of our website. To get an estimate of your total shipping cost, use our online calculator. Simply enter what type of item you’re importing as well as its total cost (item price plus any shipping fees) in US Dollars.

We will carry almost anything! Why worry about the item size or weight? Please note that there may be specific import regulations which may prevent importation of certain items to Jamaica.

Shipments with an invoice value of USD 100 and over are eligible to be charged customs duties. This means that if the total cost of your package, including any shipping costs, exceeds this amount, you may be charged customs duties on the full value.

Unfortunately, we don’t export from Jamaica but once that service becomes available our customers will be the first to know.

Once your package is delivered, please allow up to 24 business hours for Far N Aero to post it to your account. If the package is still not updated on your account, please feel free to contact us with your queries.

You will need to have your valid ID. If you are authorizing someone else to collect package (s) on your behalf, you will need to add them to the authorization listing and in turn will need to have a valid ID for collection.

Yes, we can and this will attract an additional cost. Speak to a representative for additional details.
